During the request for any service, customer’s details are also stored for further reference. We assure the privacy of our customer. We do not support any kind of discrimination of caste, creed, origin, colour, race etc. Ezykr reserves its right to take appropriate actions (in its sole discretion) pursuant to the outcome of the background check and verification. Ezykr reserves the right to record the conversations between service professionals and consumers facilitated by Ezykr through the messaging/chat mechanism on the platform or the calls made through the virtual numbers provided to safeguard the privacy of consumers and service professionals. All the chat/messaging logs or call recordings can be used to but not limited to monitor and prohibit abuse, safeguard the rights of consumers and service professionals, resolve disputes.

Customer’s personal information may be used in many ways such as billing, helping in finding the suitable service, sharing it with third party in case of any payment via any Website or App. We may disclose your information including Personal Information if: Ezykr reasonably believes that disclosure is necessary in order to comply with a legal process (such as a court order, search warrant, etc.) or other legal requirement of any governmental authority. It is believed that that customers or service professionals will respect each other and do not mishaps at any manner Ezykr is not responsible for any mishaps by the customers or the vendors at any manner.
